Nurse Pathway was founded in 2022 by Andy after completing the rigorous 15-month accelerated nursing program at the Phillips School of Nursing at Mount Sinai in New York City. Through his own experience, Andy recognized a gap in nursing education: many capable and motivated students needed access to structured, high-quality academic support that reflected the demands of nursing school.

To bring that vision to life, Andy partnered with his close friend Sarin, who graduated at the top of his class and was known for his academic excellence and clinical skill. Together, they combined their nursing experience, educational strengths, and commitment to helping others to create a support system designed for students at every stage of their nursing journey.

Since then, Nurse Pathway has supported students from a wide range of backgrounds, including those entering nursing for the first time, CNAs advancing their education, parents balancing school and family, career changers, and students returning to the classroom after years away. Nurse Pathway was built on the belief that success in nursing isn't determined by age, background, or starting point—but by having access to the right guidance, resources, and support.

Today, Nurse Pathway provides personalized support for nursing entrance exams, nursing coursework, and NCLEX preparation through one-on-one tutoring and focused instruction. Our goal is not only to help students prepare for an exam or pass a course, but to strengthen their knowledge, build their confidence, and help them move forward in their nursing careers.
